Free Posts?

I've noticed that there is legacy misinformation on some of the subpages stating that only premium members can post. It seems giving NBW free members the ability to post disincentivizes membership in premium.  Since NBW free posts do not have a point option, it's less likely for premium members to review them.  Unless some reciprocal relationship is established based on courtesy. One solution would be to rank NBW free members on their review reprocicity. A simple ratio of reviews provided/reviews received. If I see a one or above ranking I would be motivated to provide a review.
