Topic: Warm Welcome

I’d like to extend a heartfelt welcome to everyone who joins this group. I want you to feel comfortable in this group. If there’s anything you want to bring up to me in private please send me a connection request. I also want you all to know that these forums are yours to post new topics in. Start threads to open discussions about the projects you are working on to even what you like to eat for dinner. I know that wasn’t an A to Z type of suggestion, but I think you’ll all get my meaning. It’s through these discussions that we will get to know each other better.

I was gone this weekend. I went to a second cousin's wedding in Duluth MN with my mom. It was nice spending some quality time with her and getting to see soma family I haven't seen for a long time. I had a great time at the reception. But I'm paying for it now, because I had danced like I was twenty, now I have the aches and pains like I'm forty. Now that I'm back I'll continue to work on my plans for the short story wring contest.

Figured I'd take a sec and say 'hello' to everyone, so ..... 'Hello' smile
I've been working on a book forever ... well ... for ten years now.  I think (hope, pray) that it's getting close to paying for a full, formal edit.  Figured this would be a great place to share it, parts of it ... whichever smile and see what people think.
Anyhoo - hello again.
