If an author's story/ novel etc is in a publishing set up that is public to the web are the reviews also exposed in the same way?

Thank you for the info, Sol.
I will strike such pieces from my review list then, as I don't write my reviews for the public at large but rather as workshop comments meant solely for the writer and other reviewers (by default).
