Sol, the FAQ for members group can be deleted. The revamped Writing Tips & Site Help makes it obsolete.
Also, the Aurora group is still there. Is that intentional? Per Bill, the group is no longer used. mikira hasn't been on the site for a couple of years.
And the "My story is scary so why isn't it horror?" group is still there too. No posted works, no forum posts, and one member.
And the politics group. Also dead.

Sol, I just encountered another new member who accidentally left themselves a quickee. I see this often. The reason is the wording on the quickees tab off the profile page. I'll use Kdot and me as an example. If he leaves a quickee for me, and I look at it on my tab, the wording of the instructions on there is almost guaranteed to trip someone up. Specifically, it says "This is where you can leave a short message for the writer." and "Please write below a quickee for this writer." The writer referred to in those texts is naturally assumed to be the member who left the quickee (Kdot), whereas the page is intended to be used to leave further quickees for the person to whom the quickees tab belongs (Dirk B.). Feel free to look at my tab, which currently has a test quickee from Kdot.

There's an easy fix. Change the writer/this writer to be the name of the owner of the tab (Dirk B.), and then there's no more ambiguity.

The print button on the inline review page doesn't output the summary paragraph at the end of the review. That often makes the print button unusable. There is a workaround, which is to use the browser's built-in print feature, although a working inline review button would be a more suitable form of output.

Sol, can you please make the Welcome and In Memoriam threads in the Fantasy/Magic/Sci-fi group sticky? We have other posts we want to make sticky in other groups as well, but those can wait until the make-sticky link bug is fixed.

Another new member was bitten by confusion regarding how to add chapters to an existing book. When someone clicks on Post Your Writing at the top of the screen, that takes you to your existing portfolio, but the Add New Content button trips up new members. They naturally think that's where to click to add a new chapter, whereas using it results in multiple books instead. A fix is easy: rename Add New Content to Add New Work and add some text right below that button to steer members to the Action menus. For example: To add a new chapter to an existing book, use the Action menus below. That should solve it.

P.S. I could have sworn this was raised before, but I can't find the post.

Yes, this is a change we'll make. We're in the process of doing some backend work so we have to finish that before we can make any changes. Thanks.

Thanks, Sol. Still no visibility of sticky functionality. I just created a test thread in my Writing Tips group and there's no make sticky link/option anywhere, neither when looking at the post itself, nor when looking at the forum as a whole.

If you think it's working normally, can you please post a screenshot of where it should be (or email it to me). I doubt I'm missing something.

EDIT: Is there perhaps a cache we need to clear? I run Google Chrome on Windows 10, both up to date.

Keep forgetting to mention it, but somewhere in the group changes, Fantasy/Scifi group stopped dishing out points. I had to switch my book to premium so it would pay out.
