If they have posted to Premium with points then they can definitely receive in-line reviews.

Bimmy, look to the side of the piece. It will tell you which groups the person belongs to. Also, if it says "no points" above the inline review, chances are they did not post to a group that requires points and probably can't get the inline review. Free postings cannot.

I was figuring on all of that, but thought maybe there was a simple way to tell in case they just decided to post for no points for whatever reason.
