I just renewed my membership but am unable to log in. I just downgraded to basic so that I could access the site. There are two pending charges on my credit card. Can anyone direct me to someone that can help me?

That's a good start, but you should have "messages" when you click on the drop-down arrow by your name. Unless that disappeared when you downgraded.
