For what it's worth, I see this same thing and it is site specific.  It's worse in the Closing Comments box.  I also can't paste into it.  For comparison, I don't have these problems in this box in which I am writing this forum message.

This column does not show on mobile due to space constraints. You are not going crazy smile. We can try to put it back but we are trying to make mobile a bit slimmed down because of the screen size.

Maybe change the button somehow, or move the indicator into the column with the button.

I accidentally hit 'reort' instrad of 'quote' again.  My request to put 'report' and 'delete' on the other corner from 'quote' and 'edit' is not withdrawn.

Have the issues with leaving a review improved or disappeared? We made some changes to the input boxes.

They hadn't the first time I used it after I saw the notice that the fix was in place, but I haven't used it yet today.
