I'm a wanna-be writer, avid reader, and life-long student. Professionally, I work as a psychotherapy intern when in the US and as a life coach and fitness trainer when in Europe (do to licensing matters). I'm passionate about helping other feel their best and to know themselves more fully. I'm a country girl at heart with strong roots in the outdoors. When I am looking for fun or stress relief I seek out a good hike or practice playing music.
