What are you writing about these days?

I noticed there have not been many threads lately, and as I am new to the group, I was wondering what people are writing about these days in the YA/NA genre? Anyone writing in the paranormal realm, and if so, what is your focus?
I am a YA paranormal romance writer and am moving away from some of the more standard themes. I just posted my first chapter on my Dreamwalker novel and would appreciate any feedback! If anyone else is working on something new, I would love to offer my feedback as well.
