I think the best approach is usually to make edits as feedback comes in, rather than waiting until the very end. That way, useful suggestions can be incorporated while the story is still developing, and you can avoid having to make major changes later.
That said, it really depends on the kind of feedback you’re receiving and how much revision your story needs. If you’re looking for someone to go beyond general feedback and actually help refine the manuscript structure, pacing, character development, dialogue, grammar, and overall flow I’d be happy to discuss professional editing with you.
