Hey! Just joined. I also like the above person was initially annoyed at how much I had to read and review to publish one of my chapters (half or third chapters really since no one seems to like reading more than about 1500 words at a stretch which, frankly fair enough.) I think I have to read roughly 3 times as much (WC wise) as what I want to post. But! In the end, I also want a lot of people to read my stuff so I sort of came around to it. Just a defense of the system because I think it is totally fair to have to read and review a lot to get the same amount and quality of feedback.
I do have one thought though - I am always struggling to find the publish page when I do get enough points to publish. Any way to put a quick link to that in the drop down? Also I think I've found a few people here doing what I do and publishing Chapter 1 part 1, part 2, etc. But there is no option for that in the dropdown link when adding content. I have to do Chapter 2, version 1, version 2. Not really a problem per se as I have a work around but just something that could be helpful in the future so people know that when I break a chapter it's not actually the chapter end. I write thrillers/ mysteries and obviously rely on cliffhangers so maybe that just means more to me than to others.
Otherwise I really like the site so far. (Though like Allaza, I wish I could read and review more easily on my phone as I have a lengthy train commute without access to internet.)
