Mae West, JP. (But don't know from where or who the stork should have replaced. Do you?)

I think Number 1 is The Shining and Number 11 is Fargo. If those are correct, we only need 8 more answers! We're getting there, JP!  Thanks for the challenge!

Who could have guessed “reading happiness” could be measured?

LOL Temple - This makes me think of Robin Williams in Dead Poet's Society drawing charts and graphs on the blackboard while a student reads the intro to a poetry textbook.
On the other hand, some readings bring more happiness to more people than others.

I suppose much depends on how old the murder is and how long the body has been at the scene. I can't see cops questioning some patrons but not others (depending on the circumstances of the killing) as people can and do move around freely and easily from room to room. I think cops would be remiss to assume the people in a certain section of the theater would be involved  and/or know anything of the murder but not the people in the other sections. Killers and witnesses both have been known to linger nearby. And I'm sure cops don't care that much if a business is losing some revenue due to their investigative process.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Hi JP - I believe the whole theater would be closed and declared an active crime scene. At the very least, I.D. for all patrons would be taken and maybe a few basic questions such as "Did you see anything?" would be asked before allowing patrons to move along. (This, provided it's a big city P.D. with adequate manpower. ) I doubt cops would wait for a movie to end. Not sure but I think the marathon, being an open venue, police probably used surveillance video to determine who the suspects were very shortly after the tragic explosion. That, as well as interviewing those who had been in close proximity and who came forward. Just my thoughts, nothing official! Looking forward to reading your story. Hope this helps!
