Hi everyone,

I've been away from TNBW for quite a while, taking a course from Gotham Writer's Workshop. Found it worthwhile but time-consuming between learning, writing, and plenty of critiquing of classmates pieces. At the end we've been able to have an engaging lecture and Q&A session with Michael Ray, the editor of Zoetrope: All-Story magazine.

Anyway, I'm back and looking forward to reading your work and posting some of my own.

Be working with you soon,

Kevin

Intriguing concept! I'm unplugged from Netflix presently as I'd run out of good content (there's way less available on Canadian version than American), but will reconnect later.

My loyalty to streaming services is basically zero. I watch for a while, but when I'm spending more time hunting for content than watching, I unplug and go to another.

Good tip - will watch in future.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to TNBW and am interested in people who write and review humour. How active is this group?

Thanks,
Kevin

Greeting everyone!

I'm brand new to the site and very much looking forward to "meeting" some other writers. I've heard being in groups is the best way to get good, frank, constructive feedback, and with the COVID situation none of the groups where I live are meeting and don't have online options.

I did technical writing as part of my job for decades, but have now retired and have waded into the fun writing full-time, hoping to not drown in the process, LOL. I have various writing interests under the umbrella of speculative fiction, and do some humour writing as well.

Feel free to say hi, message, whatever works for you.

Thanks,
Kevin
