SOL: I am receiving an error message on my inline reviews page. I can see and respond to the reviews in the individual chapters, but I can't see the list. It says application error. I am also not receiving any email notifications at all - for reviews, messages, etc. It's been that way for about a year now.
Can you please take a look?
Thanks, Lauren

Second request. Please advise.
Try removing the special character(s) from your name, log out then see if that fixes the problem?
Site seems to be picky about names

Tried it. Not fixed yet, but maybe it will take a minute. Thank you!

Third request. Please advise.
Reviews are coming up now, although I lost most of them. Still not receiving emails. My points are wonky- like only charging half and giving half for reviews, and my posts are disappearing off the main page. I'd really like to get this sorted. Thank you.
Yeah, I hear you. I just found a series of older reviews popping up.
In my Chance Encounter story, I had an internet hiccup trying to post Chapter 7. It’s not out there and when I go to add chapter, it shows chapter 7 as the last chapter added. How can this be fixed?
Don, the chapter was probably saved, but it's not yet published. Go back into the wizard and click on the Published tab. It may be there.

Hello Sol! I was notified by another writer here that they can't see my portfolio and are unable to leave reviews. Hope that's an easy fix!!
Sol, The account: pinnacleworks147 is SPAM.

Sol, I think the frequent logout problem is repeatable. Specifically, if I spend even a short amount of time writing one forum post (perhaps 5 to 10 minutes), the site kicks me out, requiring me to log back in. I am able to post what I've written to the forum, so nothing there is lost. I've also previously lost my closing comments on a review due to being logged out, but I haven't seen that happen in months.
Windows 11/Chrome Browser on a PC.
Dirk,
Until this can be rectified, may I suggest you write your posts in word, then cut and paste to the site. It only takes a few seconds.

The account "Albiabiocare" is a SPAM account.
Can anyone answer, I'm not seeing Chapter XVII of Part II of The Vision, even though it has been published. How did it disappear? Thanks, Elysse.
Elysse, here's a long shot:
Go to your portfolio and click on the book to open it.
Click on the white Edit button next to +Chapter.
Click on 4-PUBLISH in the upper right of the screen to open the publish tab.
Scroll down to see if your chapter is still there and is Active. If not active, simply change its status to active from the publish tab. Note: if you use the site's version control feature, you may see more than one version of your chapter. If so, be sure to activate the correct version, which is usually the one with the highest version number.
Please let me know if that works.
Dirk
Sol, the email the system sent me to inform me about a new inline review has a problem link. The View Review link tried to take me to email2.booksie.com, which my security software intercepted because (it says) the booksie site doesn't support https.
Thanks
Dirk
