Topic: What features do new members get and for how long?

I can't remember how the site works for new members. Do they get access to inline reviews for any length of time? I have two new writers I want to review and want to do line-level reviews without resorting to a regular review if I can help it.

I'm just not really sure. I know I read some notices from new members recently complaining about not being able to access inlines. Not sure if Sol and team fixed that. It shouldn't be available for us to do if they can't.
