Chance Encounter
Winner of the Reader's Choice Poetry Competition - June 7
By: Tyme Passages
An erotic poem inspired by the ocean.
Chance Encounter
Unexpected destined meeting
Unclothed option ocean shore
Fathoms deep in foam between them
Prince of passion, Mermaid whore
Black horizon fast approaching
Storm without and storm within
Tempest building, vessels swaying
Cold wind rippling lovers skin
Standing, facing, there before her
Naked, reaching, growing size
Visual licks, two points of focus
Stark impaling eager eyes
Winds approaching fever pitch
Rocking, ravished female form
Thunder crashing, bodies swaying
Two so hungry for the warm
Lightening flashing, illuminating
Hidden chamber in the rocks
Seeking shelter from the storm and to
Pandora's awaiting box
Bodies falling, tumbling, tangling
upon the grottos sandy floor
Prince of passion, arms surrounding
Warming flesh with thoughts of more
Viscous liquids, boiling, pressure
fleshy heat, skin drenched with fire
Seeking, restless, eager, upward
As salmon swimming toward expire
Sounds of Eros, gasping, crying,
Thunder crashing, rain, the wind
Unwritten symphony long awaiting
Lovers destined to begin
