Transformation

Written by: pearlvisions

My poem expresses a philosophy that I live by, and wish to become better at. The Italian Sonata form consists of eight syllables for each line, and the rhyme scheme of aaba, bbcb, ccdc, dddd. Robert Frost used this in Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening which has always been my favorite poem. I do not pretend to be in the class of Robert Frost, but I have not seen any other Italian Sonatas by another poet. Please feel free to critique, as I always wish to improve. Perhaps you can feel the rhythm of the piece.
