Thanksgiving versus Thankstaking

When I first posted this, way back, I thought it would be for one season. Wow. This economic cancer is spreading, so here it is again...a perennial I hope is seeing its last reposting. Unfortunately,this holiday season is going to be very bleak for those continuing to suffer job loss or the running out of their unemployment benefits. Let's hope some "job creating" congressmen take a long look in the mirror. (Ain't that a joke?) And let's also hope that "stuffing" and "stuff" or lack of, will forge some inner gifts of love for yet another hate contaminated period of this country's history. Maybe the cynic in me is suffering from too much meditation on reality, but... well, you be the judge.
