Every year, more than a hundred people occupy a list for those wishing to volunteer to witness the execution of a death-row inmate in the Florida Penal System. This is the story of one of these people. Jacob Fournier is a man with but one mission in life: To avenge the death of his parents. His whole life, from the time he was eight years old and lost his humble family to the savage, unwarranted attack of a beastly entity, Jacob has been working, plotting, and forging his way to the moment when he sees his enemy fall. The young man's path has led him to an interview with a man who is more than he seems. At least to Jacob that is.
