This is not a mental illness or a disease; it's a disorder. No meds or doctors required (at least not for me!). This was written from a humorous viewpoint because if I can't laugh at myself, who can I laugh at? Hope you will take it in that vein as you read it. Thanks in advance! I had no intention whatsoever of poking any kind of fun at anyone with a mental illness - I would never do that.
