A DAY IN TOWN

My dear friend Melanie died three years ago on Cinco de Mayo, May 5th, 2005. I was in Grand Cayman, and because of some restrictions on Max's work permit, I could not come home to be with her. We had been in the states the summer before, and Melanie and I had spent a wonderful day together. The memory of that day is one I cherish.
