Okay, I was actually "put up" to posting this... it's an old thing I wrote for a "worst poem" contest. The prize was a quart jar of 'shine, and I'm pretty sure I would have won, but this was in my hippy farm days and, in the end, we couldn't put together a vehicle that would make the 300 mile trip.
