This novel attempts to provide the reader with the key principles necessary to begin a healthy lifestyle, regardless of their condition. Its in the form of a novel because it's hoped this format will capture and retain the readers interest. The author has personally never experienced a 'how to' book that was able to accomplish this. While the early chapters introduce basic principles, the latter chapters address the spectrum of various individuals ranging from the athlete to the Heart attack/stroke victum.
