Little Irma

The death camps of World War 11 shook the world and the part played by certain female guards in camps such as Auschwitz and Belsen, were hard to digest. Irma Griese, 'the beautiful beast' was 22 when she was hanged for war crimes. What made her? This is my hypothetical attempt to answer the question.
