WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES

I was looking for another story when I came across these two pieces. The date was what caught my eye; they were written about my father a year ago today. My Daddy was dying, and I had gone home to be with him. I stayed with him from mid January until a week or so after his death on St. Patrick's Day 17 March, 2007. I miss him terribly, but I don't wish him back. He had a good life, and a good death...he is at peace.
