NEW WHEELS, ANIMATED PRODUCE, AND A CATFIGHT ON AISLE SEVEN...

Written by: Cynthia Allison

My name is Clarissa Jo Fleming. This is who I am in real life...well this is my name when I write here, not in the stories I write in real life. I love writing, and I love watching my characters develop. I am the product of a mixed marriage. My mother, born and raised in the South, was the epitome of a Southern Belle, and my West Texas daddy fell head over spurs in love with her. I'm a kind of hybrid never fitting in completely in either place, but I can fake it! I thought it might be funny if I based three characters on the components of my personality - my personnae. I am laughing last! So, meet my two extremes, I'm the normal one, who make up the balance of my basic personality. There's Barbara Ann, a.k.a. the Barbed-wire Magnolia who takes after Daddy's side of the family - from here on out known as Barbedwire (SHE DOES NOT LIKE TO BE CALLED BARBARA ANN!), and Belle who is the traditional Southern Magnolia. Barbedwire and Belle are my extremes, and I am somewhere in between. Belle is the one who tries to be the epitome of a true Southern Belle Magnolia like my mother tried to mold me into. Barbedwire is the magnolia part of my makeup that was influenced by my daddy's side of the family - the West Texas side that tends to be pretty wide open. We each have something to say in our own unique way. In this episode Clarissa Jo breaks down and uses one of the grocery store's motorized carts. She brings Babara Ann and Belle out thinking they might enjoy riding with her. She lets them out of her sight...how much trouble can they get into at the grocery store? Max is not amused.
