My Take on Finnegan's Wake

I decided to pull out Joyce's great work of whaaaah? recently and go back over it. It was quite interesting to find out how much I could interpret from it by close reading. This is both intended to entertain as well as inform. It's both going to be academic and serious as well as farcical. If you love Joyce, please don't be offended when I get glib. Also, please don't think I'm TOO insane for reading into this as much as I do. And please don't get mad if, after a few chapters, I lose my mind and stop for a while. It's all part of the fun :). ...and by the way, if you want to read along, I'm using the "Penguin Twentieth-Century Classics" 1999 edition.
