When a strange stone, which was buried 137 years ago in Washington, Missouri, surfaces in Jason Hollister’s hands, everything changes. McKenzie Topelo Jason’s friend from childhood vanishes, and a strange imposture suddenly appears out of nowhere claiming to be her, but Jason isn’t fooled, he knows the stone is responsible and he’s determined to find a way to become a prisoner of the same stone, to save McKenzie and bring her home.
