Marigolds

Revised since I first posted this in early September, I have tried to take some very good advice. "Mothers" remain capitalized because they were intidimating to me, just because they were mothers. Another quick read and another in my collection: Stories of Freedom. All of these took place in the very late fifties and early sixties in Freedom Maine. This piece has been reworked a few times already, I look forward to any suggestions.
