Principal Downer's Bete Noire

J.R. Thomas gets the credit for this one. He urged me to add more about the high school principal briefly mentioned in The Ghost at the Class Reunion. I really couldn't do the man justice in that story, so I decided he deserved his very own. I took a slightly different approach by telling this semi-ficitonal, but mostly factual tale from his POV. Or at least I imagined it to be his POV considering his actions that year. In the story, everything Principal Downer says about me is true. What he doesn't say is that everytime we had a confrontation, I was polite and respectful, even though I had no respect for the man. I have no idea of any real marital infidelities he might have had at the time. Frankly, I can't imagine anyone wanting to sleep with him, and not because he's short either. All the names in this story are fictional. As usual, my computer's formatting is screwed up on the title and italics. This one's for you, Tom.
