|Beyond the Fence||penang||Novel||2||n/a||Jul 23, 2014|
Summary:Trying to decide if I should move forward with this as a young adult novel or adult novel. As of right now, this is a futuristic, life on another planet, fantasy story :)
|CHANGES||Jax Franklin||Short Story||5||0.41||Jul 8, 2014|

|Stars Align Tetralogy||mbledsoe||Novel||1||n/a||Jun 30, 2014|
Summary:Caption: Chaos is ensuing within the rebellion. With their leader suddenly taken everyone has lost hope, everyone but one man. Determination and a sacred calling drive him onward, constantly searching for what was stolen from him. He must find her, not only for his own peace but for that of the entire world. This isn’t the end, it’s just the beginning… Not sure what genre best describes this piece, fantasy romance? Looking for any feedback; readability, glaring errors, etc. I’m a new writer but have thick skin so be honest, please. Constructive criticism only please, I really want to learn how to improve my writing / piece. Thanks! Michelle
|The Rocket Girl's Tale||KHippolite||Novel||2||n/a||Jun 24, 2014|
Summary:For book II, the infernal question is where to start the story. Here's chapter three, but I'd really like it to be chapter one. What's your opinion... can this survive as chapter one or do you feel like you've missed too much?
|Never Too Late for Love||alkemi||Novel||0||n/a||Jun 1, 2014|
Summary:I submitted a story to the holiday droubble competition about a man who has his first date at 66 years old. Several reviewers suggested I expand it. Well, I just had to respond and here is a novella or novelette (whichever is shorter) or maybe a giant short story (that must be an oxymoron) that takes on from my droubble entry Happy or Sad? A little Christmas diversion from my more usual mystery stories.
|Big Hearts||MrsPiddles||Novel||2||n/a||May 31, 2014|
Summary:It wasn't enough that reckless snowmobile riders smashed into Kimber Blackwell's champion team of Belgian draft horses and her antique sleigh full of happy children. It wasn't enough that the horrible accident not only killed her beautiful horses, it also killed her soul mate, her high school sweetheart, Tim, and caused her late term miscarriage, but it also caused the death of a ten year old child riding in the sleigh. The cold hearted ambulance chasing lawyers, representing the injured parties, realizing that Kimber had been the sole heir to a three hundred acre horse farm in the rich farmland of Pennsylvania, complete with an estate built over three generations, would not settle for mere insurance payments. They took everything. Now Kimber must find herself before she can come to terms with her loss. How can she overcome her irrational fears and learn to trust, to find love again when all she can see is the memory of Tim? Note: I have written mid grade stories up to now, this story has been bubbling up in my head for years, so I'm finally letting her run. I would love feedback on pace, character building, readability, believability, and anything else you would like to tell me about.
|Shadow Wolf: Remembrance||Natalee||Novel||6||n/a||May 10, 2014|
Summary:SHADOW WOLF BOOK 1: Remembrance: In book one my heroine will travel back in time with the help of her Guardian, a giant spirit wolf, to vanquish a great evil in hopes of breaking an ancient curse. But the evil wasn't defeated, only the mortal form it took. This evil's true objective was to use the heroine to free its master, The Arch Ruler, from the enchantment that has kept him trapped for over a thousand years, for she is the only one with the power to break the seal of Ardun, a Superior order of immortals. Sophia considers her life pretty much normal, that is until she befriends a gigantic wolf, who happens to push her down a waterfall. Technically, the fall wasn’t so bad and she would have forgiven her four legged friend, but when she emerges from the water, she finds herself several hundred years in the past, in Scotland of all places, abandoned by the wolf. Lucky for her, she is rescued by a handsome Scotsman, or so the arrogant lout says. Really, what’s wrong with the man? One minute he drives her mad with his kisses, the next he accuses her of being a witch. Cameron’s nights are plagued by dreams of a spirit, begging him to remember something long forgotten, and his days are tormented by a lovely stranger, who very well could be a spy from the enemy clan. What is a laird to do? Keeping the lass will only anger his mistress and cause him great distraction at the time of war, but the thought of sending her away leaves him barren. When Sophia saves his life, he learns that maybe there is more to life than empty passion and the sound of clashing steel.

|Southern Drift||Rory Noel Hawk||Novel||2||n/a||Mar 29, 2014|
Summary:For more than a decade after her father’s death, twenty-year-old Sabrina endured both emotional and physical abuse at the hands of her depressed mom and abusive brother. It’s during a brutal beating from Richard on her nineteenth birthday that Sabrina gets a disturbing glimpse at all the rage she’s been suppressing. It lurks there, trying to seduce her into an act of revenge she knows she’ll regret. When Sabrina sets out to escape from her toxic family, she encounters Mason along the way, a deceptively easy-going biker with his own journey underway. Realizing independence doesn't come naturally to her, Sabrina becomes inexplicably drawn to Mason, who seems to be the only ‘normal’ person she encounters in "Bumfuck, Nowhere". It isn't long before the stress of having no definitive destination begins to wear on Sabrina though, and she starts to question whether leaving her home was enough to avoid becoming a version of herself she feared most. Mason’s a good guy anchored by a less-than-stellar past. Mistakes made when he was seventeen have kept him from fulfilling a promise he made to an important person in his life. Older and wiser at twenty-one years old, Mason embarks on a journey to North Carolina, determined to set things right. Just as he begins to realize facing the past can be a lot harder than embracing an unknown future, a girl walks up to him at a Louisiana gas station out of the blue needing a ride. It doesn’t take long before Mason is reacquainted with his impulsive nature while struggling to keep up with unpredictable Sabrina. Now if he can just get them to Raleigh in one piece. There, he plans to confront all the obligations his poor decision making in the past has been holding him back from accomplishing, and he can finally start anew. There’s just one little problem--some of those past ‘mistakes’ are not as willing to let sleeping dogs lie.
