|Heroes of war and valor||Pendragon1978||Novel||0||n/a||May 24, 2013|
Summary:Torin Ever-blade knew from a young age that adversities and hardships faced in life did not always surmount to endings like those of fairy tales; when war invades the lives of good citizens how riotous a man is does nought to stem the blood flow from a raucous wound, treacherous acts are often rewarded not chastened and when a boy finds himself alone in the world and forced to a life of thievery and disrepute just to survive, the spark of good kept in the heart does not always endure. Torin knew this because this was his battle, this was his plight and as he ventures into the great unknown and matures into a young man the world he thought he knew turns out to be nothing at all how he imagined. Lords and Kings vie for power, deals made in the dark manifest themselves into yokes of burden on the innocent and the ever watchful Arch-mage Krisakth Lostantis who's motives remain unclear still has his role to play. This is the world of Karaztor, long ago reigned the mighty empire of Tarn, its ruins now lie scattered across broken continents, like shards of a once mighty weapon. The new kingdoms which occupy but a third of the lands have just declared peace but how long will this peace last. For the brave there are fortunes to be found plundering the ancient empire ruins, parties of adventures forge their way across the world to denizens not visited in centuries, some return, others do not, for such treasures are loftily guarded by dangerous creatures, some hideous, some beautiful and some unimaginable.

|The Acts of Academia||amy s||Novel||1||n/a||May 23, 2013|
Summary:This story picks up the perspective of the students in Kha's school after he was mortally cursed in the Earthwound 'incident'. All my books revolve around the same story. All of them contain clues about what happened to injure Kha and will help lead the characters to the discovery of truth. I'm looking for character work, advice on the plot and ways to trim the story into something manageable. I have an issue with head-hopping. Catch any flip of perspective that you can for me. I also tend towards disorganization in my paragraphs/ my thought flit around until I come to a conclusion. If you see anything that could be presented better, I would love to hear it. I love any and all critique. Hit me with your best nit!

Whoever finds it first gets the gig. Then, of course, there's the little detail of opening the Seal . . . and starting Armageddon. Chris doesn't want to do that. But the other little Devils aren't so nice. The question is: Can Christopher John overcome his inner slacker, find the Seal before the other kids and save the world? You better hope so. Summary:A history narrated by two people. What do you guys think?
|Alaidriel||jennleighanne||Novel||2||n/a||May 8, 2013|
Summary:Alaidriel is woken by a nightmare, but what is really happening is so much worse. I have literally been working on this story since I was twelve (10 years). However, it doesn't really resemble the story it was since my writing has matured over the years. I would love to know if this story draws you in. Any feedback in general would be great. Keep in mind that it is a rough draft and I'm aware it needs editing. Thanks!
|Succubus Tear (FINAL)||cyeote||Novel||0||n/a||May 7, 2013|
Summary:Succubus Tear is a love story.
A love story that is "against all odds" as it were.
I added elements that are outside what The Bible mentions to give it that flavor of "what if"
A great deal of my Faith went into this story.
In this story we follow Cain, an anti-Christian Athiest as he meets and is Bonded to a Succubus.
With the simplistic beauty of her very existance; she changes Cain, and his world view forever. She reveals his own life through a new lens, and more.
Feel free to grammer review.
But I what I seek, is to know how *strong* or *weak* is my story telling.
I think it matters more....
|Dark Night of the Soul||bimmy||Novel||1||n/a||May 7, 2013|
Summary:ATTENTION: I am NOT trying to make a political statement with this story. I am NOT trying to make a spiritual statement with this story. I am NOT condoning or condemning suicide. I’m just trying to tell a story. Ok. Here is a huge experiment for me. I’ve never written anything but memoirs in first person, so I’m seeing how it feels. So far it feels clunky and restrained, like half the story can’t get out and I’m only on chapter one. This is a little tale that has been begging to get attention for a few months so I thought I’d give it some time. I’m writing on the wing here. Usually, I make an outline so this should be fun. Thanks! Bimmy
|Journey To Landaran||Judy Goodwin||Novel||2||n/a||Apr 30, 2013|
Summary:Aidah and Tavish, twins and troublemakers extraordinaire, may have bitten off more than they can swallow when strange things begin to happen around them. They already know part of the problem--Tavish is a firestarter. But Aidah has shown no Talent as of yet, though there has been hope since she was born that she might carry the rare Talent of Spirit Magic. Far away in the city of Landaran lives their Grandess Korva, Protector of the Doane the greatest Spirit Mage of the land. In the mountain village, Aidah and Tavish's lives have never been touched by the war that has raged between the Doane and the Innis Empire for over two hundred years. That's about to change. Note: This is my latest project--I'm working on the last few chapters now, but thought I'd get moving on having others look at the earlier chapters. This will be the first book of a five book series. I caution readers that there are some darker issues tackled in this book, including rape and child abuse. All types of criticism are welcome--this has not gone through a lot of editing yet. Thanks!
