First 3 chapters of the novel "Green Eyes," posted for the Posted for the "Strongest Start" competition. John, the narrator, will fall hopelessly in love with a mysterious, green-eyed hunk (Alex), whom he meets first in a casual cruisin' encounter. A third person, Maurice, gets also involved in this encounter, and the first chapters relate the complications resulting from the fact that Maurice, properly de-robed for the action, cannot find his shorts once the men are done with the exchange of bodily fluids.

The feedback that I am mostly interested in is whether the story keeps attention well; is it easy to read, is it engaging? Or, on the contrary, is there something in that story that you find boring, difficult to read, annoying or repulsive? Thanks in advance for comments and critique. I guess, I should write at the beginning an excuse for language and also ask reviewers to disregard the grammar mistakes, although I know, they are annoying. The original text is written in Lithuanian and I am translating it into English, which is a foreign language to me. There is very little I can do about writing in better English (although, I am pretty sure there is plenty I can do about writing better literature). If I would ever have to publish it in English, it would have to be translated once again by a professional translator. For the moment, I would just like to see if the story itself is appealing to the English-reading audience.
