Summary:This is the story of an aspiring author fleeing her past and the jaded celebrity and his wannabe model wife she runs into on a beach in southern Maine.
I'm working on some passive voice issues and generally trying to trim the story.

Summary:I've already turned the orginal version of this into a chaiku to placate Sonny. Is there nothing I won't do for that man?
In the last 21 days I've only had three days off work due to working two jobs and averaging about 14 hours a day. I've had a cold the last week which caused me to feel horrible and I've been fretting about not writing much. I went to bed angry with myself for not meeting a deadline yesterday and when I woke up, the first line of this poem screamed in my head. It's time to quit making excuses.

 | Dear M.S. Word, A Writer's Rant. | claire_celeste | Short Story | Other | 10 | 0.48 | Jan 31, 2007 |
Summary:This is a personal conversation I had with MS.Word. It's a rant about a writers life and how we are a slave to our cause, whatever that may be. I think it's a fair length, but I may be missing something. Let me know, you've all been there.
PS: I love writing. I wrote this because I was bored. While there is some truth in it, I hope you do not take it as a reflection on me. Enjoy! =)Chapters: |
