Content: weakness

Summary:

As some of you know by now, my wife is extremely ill and will never get better. She has almost died three times in the past 15 months. Her entire family is in Bakersfield, California. She is here in St. Louis. She depends on me for just about everything. Sometimes it leaves me overwhelmed and I doubt my abilities to give all that she needs. I wrote this originally as a song last year and had it recorded this past August. It was a cathartic process for me. I have slightly modified it for this poetic version. As far as feedback, any comments you would care to make are welcomed. Thanks for reading.
