Chapters Author Info Summary: INSOMNIA MOSTLY... sometimes we unwittingly allow ourselves to become vulnerable by the words of others and it can dredge up old wounds... Having said that, insomnia also plays a role so no pity party for my entering a ring of discussion and opinions..
