Summary:Ever had the need to write though you know it is an unfinished rather imperfect piece? Of course you have!
So bear with me. The need overcame the reality that it lacks
that finished touch. It will come when it come but for now it is birthing.

Summary:My writing penchant is humour, so this one is unusual for me, but had to be written. Whether I should have posted it on tNBW is another matter.
I find the saturation promotional advertising of up-coming tv programs to be extremely irritating. One in particular that was doing the rounds really p'd me off. As I lay in bed one night trying to sleep I got quite incensed. I could not sleep until I had grabbed my laptop computer and wrote down what was bounding around inside my skull.
This is the result.Chapters: |

Summary:This is my first attempt at a Haiku. As always, ANY feedback is greatly appreciated. By the way, since I predict I'm going to get a lot more questions on this by reviewers who have not done their Haiku homework, according to wiki, the Japanese count a long vowel syllable as two and a short vowel syllable as one. Thanks in advance!Chapters: |

Summary:This was written as I pondered the magnitude of my situation. My husband and I are both in our 60's, and got married in August, 2005; he after 30 years divorced, myself after 15 years. We met on-line; it was love at first e-mail, and was a long distance courtship, of sorts! He had just had surgery for cancer; I was a full-time missionary in D.C.The wedding was the wedding of my dreams! But, because of his health situation(there is no cancer!), things are moving a lot more slowly than I would like! We still can't be very active, but hope to travel a lot...whenever!!! This is the first time I have done this; your feedback is truly welcome!Chapters: |
