It features Brandon Sanderson, Howard Tayler, Dan Wells and Mary Robinette Kowal.  They discuss different aspects of writing, and while they are genre writers (fantasy, sci-fi, psychological horror, and alternate history) I think that most of it applies to writing in general.  They also have guest authors on periodically.

I've been listening to it in my studio while I work.  It's often helpful, entertaining, and/or inspiring.
