I am new here.  I was at another site where it takes 3 WEEKS for a novel chapter to get to a category where it can receive crits.  It doesn't matter how many crits you do, things just don't move there.  I was happy to see that I got 2 crits right away here.  Think I'm hooked!

I'm posting a finished novel called "A Chest of Drawers" for the final edit.  I've had short stories and poetry published  in print and online.  My first novel, "Stones On The Water," won a Texas writer's competition as a novella.  I plan someday to go back and work on that again.

I appreciate the great crits I've had so far.  This seems like a great site!
