I first joined tnbw in Feb of ’09. But other than poke my head in every now and then, I have been away for many months as I was writing full time for a national marketing and customer service company--web content, industry white papers, press releases, advertorials, et al, stuff I’d done for years before. It was a great gig while it lasted; getting paid to write is always cool. But clients stopped paying, and new clients weren’t banging the doors down. My routine was to write my own work in the early hours, then head off to the world of technical stuff. Since then I’ve progressed substantially on my novel, “The Beholder,† and did a 5-part series on the Occupy Wall Street movement, and what really created the economic crisis which I’m going to post first. Now I’m hustling freelance contractural work. Not as good--incredibly competitive market by web content writers, but it does give me more time, so, I am back. I see a lot of new names, and look forward to nurturing new relationships, and reestablishing old ones. Thanks.
